What Chilli is the Hottest?

Here at Sing’s Asian Kitchen we embrace cuisine styles from a rich and historic culinary region of the world. Our menu spans traditional dishes from China, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam, and incorporates original recipes created by Sing Lu, the owner and founder of the Sing’s Asian Kitchen Restaurants.

Many of our guests are seasoned Asian cuisine connoisseurs, and by the same token we welcome many guests who are not familiar with the regional distinctions between the dishes on our expansive menu.

One question that does come up time and time again from both the seasoned veterans and the eager discoverers is ‘how hot is this meal’. Quite understandably, you want to be sure that you can actually eat and enjoy a meal that has a certain amount of chilli.

Now to this end we have created a very easy to understand chilli rating system on our menu:

No chillies – No chilli heat whatsoever.
1 chilli – There’s a definite ‘how ya doing here’.
2 chillies – Only recommended for experienced chilli diners, seriously hot.
3 chillies – Even a seasoned professional will get a little hot under the collar eating these dishes. Avoid if in doubt!

Some of the hotter chilli dishes in the Sing’s Asian Kitchen menu include:
